About the Role NZ I TECH / MYNZTRIP is looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to join our technology team. The selected candidate will develop, maintain, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications and backend services using Laravel and PHP. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and manage MySQL databases, queries, joins, indexes, and transactions.
- Work with Laravel Eloquent Models, Migrations, Seeders, Jobs, Queues, Events, and Services.
- Optimize application and database performance for high-volume transactions.
- Identify and resolve application, API, and database-related issues.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and API security.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform database backup, migration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor application errors and investigate production incidents.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other team members to deliver reliable features.
