We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Python/Django Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will architect resilient backend systems, design high-efficiency PostgreSQL schemas, build responsive web frontends, and collaborate directly with product stakeholders across Bangladesh and international clients.
Key Responsibilities: * Architect and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Django 5, PostgreSQL, and modern TypeScript. * Design clean RESTful and GraphQL APIs with robust authentication and security headers. * Optimize database queries, indexing, and Redis caching for sub-100ms response latencies. * Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous peer code reviews, and champion clean architecture patterns. * Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
