Job Opportunity only available for professionals located in Latin America. We are looking for experienced AI-Native Full-Stack Engineers with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and PHP t o join our engineering team and help build, enhance, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidates are versatile engineers who can work across both frontend and backend development, have a strong understanding of modern web technologies, and actively incorporate AI-powered coding tools into their everyday workflows.
We are particularly interested in professionals who use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar solutions to accelerate development, improve code quality, solve complex technical challenges, and optimize engineering processes. Requirements Advanced English proficiency (B2, C1, or C2), with the ability to communicate effectively in international teams. +5 years of strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
Solid hands-on experience with React and Next.js. Professional experience with PHP for backend development. Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) as part of everyday development workflows. Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Solid understanding of databases, backend architecture, and modern web development practices. Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams. Nice to Have Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks. Experience with Docker and containerized environments. Exposure to AI integrations, LLMs, or AI-powered application development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, and PHP.
Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic. Integrate frontend applications with backend systems, databases, and third-party services. Leverage AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar solutions as part of daily development activities.
Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, code reviews, and technical problem-solving. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
