- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for POCKET’s mobile applications, web platforms, merchant solutions, and digital payment services
- Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and identify usability and experience improvement opportunities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design customer and merchant journeys for payment, onboarding, transaction, account, and other digital services
- Develop and maintain consistent UI components and design systems across POCKET’s digital products
- Work closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with product requirements
- Collaborate with developers during implementation to ensure the final product matches the approved designs
- Review existing products and recommend improvements based on usability, customer behavior, and industry trends Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
