About the Role We are looking for a talented React Next.js Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in the Next.js ecosystem, TypeScript, and state management, with a working understanding of backend technologies and databases. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG)
- Build reusable, responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and other UI component libraries
- Implement efficient state management using Redux Toolkit (RTK), RTK Query, and React Context API
- Integrate REST APIs using Axios or Fetch, with robust error handling and caching strategies
- Implement secure authentication flows (JWT, Bearer Token, OTP-based Auth, Refresh Token Flow)
- Write schema-based validation using Zod and integrate with React Hook Form
- Collaborate with backend developers and contribute to backend tasks when needed
- Optimize application performance, SEO, and accessibility
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
