We’re Hiring: Lead Engineer (Mobile & IoT) Dhaka, Bangladesh | Full-time | A Renowned Software Firm Our apps don’t just live on screens. They talk to scanners, printers, POS terminals, biometric devices, cameras and AR sensors in the real world. We’re looking for a senior mobile engineer to own that layer and lead it across our delivery pods. What you’ll do
- Set mobile architecture for every project: Flutter or React Native, native modules, offline-first sync
- Build core features such as payments, subscriptions, push notifications, media capture, and Bangla and German localisation
- Integrate hardware over BLE, USB and network, and design device-to-cloud messaging (MQTT/HTTPS) that works on weak networks
- Build camera, AR and LiDAR features, and work with our Applied AI team on on-device ML
- Own releases end to end, from CI/CD and staged rollouts to App Store and Play Store submissions
- Write the mobile engineering standards, and mentor and review a team of 1–3 engineers plus AI agents What you bring
- 7+ years in mobile engineering, with at least 3 apps you shipped to both stores
- Production depth in Flutter or React Native, plus hands-on Swift or Kotlin
- Offline-first design and sync over poor connectivity
- Real integration experience with at least one hardware peripheral
- In-app billing and server-side receipt validation
- Experience leading or mentoring mobile engineers
